Yes, we are open everyday 9:00am – 9:00pm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are cash only during COVID-19 stay at home order. Once our store opens back up we will accept cash and debit cards. There is an ATM on site at all times.

What precautions are you taking with the COVID-19 to ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and patients?

We require all employees to comply with CDC rules and regulations. We screen employees before their shift. Also, we also have an in house cleaning staff to make sure all areas are sanitary.

How do I look at the menu and place an order?

During stay at home order all orders need to be placed online. You can check out our menu on https://exclusiveannarbor.com. You could also download our app Exclusive Ann Arbor to view our menu and order.  We are currently doing curbside service, to pick up your order. Once the stay home order is lifted, you can come inside our store and purchase products.

Where do I park?

When you arrive at Exclusive Ann Arbor, please remain in your car and follow all directions given by security guards at all times during curbside service. When our store opens back up you can park in front of our store or in the parking lot behind us.

Do you have to have a medical card to buy cannabis and cannabis products?

No, you need to have a medical card to purchase medical products but recreational products are still available for purchase.

Do you accept out of state customers?

Yes, we accept customers from any state or country with a valid government ID and over the age of 21 for recreational.  All medical patients need a medical card and valid ID.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, once the product is cashed out, we are unable to accept it back. If a product is defective or not working, please message us. We can exchange defective products.

What are the requirements for identification?

We need a valid & not expired State ID or Passport, as well as your medicinal card if you have one. (not required for purchasing recreational products).

How do I leave a review?

You can leave a review really wherever, we really appreciate it, but it reaches the most people on weedmaps.com, leafly.com, google.com, facebook.com.
